Mortgages in Switzerland are increasingly granted by institutional investors (e.g. banks, insurers, pension funds, funds, investment foundations) to borrowers through (digital) platforms. Institutional investors can therefore newly access this interesting asset-class with unique risk / return profile even more effectively and efficiently. During this session the USPs of mortgages as asset class, the functioning of mortgage platforms, as well as the UBS solutions in this domain will be presented and discussed.
